Loss of access

  I have neither access to my registered email address nor remember the url of my website – nevertheless I am being autobilled for my access. How can I regain access to my old account since the URL is required for the account reset form even when I have the transaction ID for my last bill.

  I understand it’s a complicated situation, if the account form https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery doesn’t let you submit without the URL, you can reach support directly at help@wordpress.com there you can explain your situation, including the transaction ID, so the team can manually verify your identity and help you regain access.
