Loss of Website Content
-
I’ve just discovered that my entire website has been removed. I can’t access my themes and the content has reverted. This is wrong cos even if it is a billing situation (which I didn’t get reminders for) I should still have access to existing content.
Please help look into it and reach out ASAP

What is the URL of your site because your wordpress.com site http://adlngcom.wordpress.com/ is up and running.
-
No…that’s nothing like my actual website. It seems everything reverted to an initial template. The actual website is http://www.adl-ng.com

You must contact your domain registrar NameCheap. I see they changed your domain on 2022-01-01, https://www.whois.com/whois/adl-ng.com

Thank you. I’ll do that but I don’t think that should affect my website backend on WordPress. I literally can no longer see my website content or themes that I purchased to create the site.

Hi there,
It appears your WordPress site and domain are hosted with Namecheap, not with us here at WordPress.com.
I would reach out to Namecheap for support since they are hosting both your domain and site content:
https://www.namecheap.com/help-center/live-chat/
Let them know about your domain and that you are unable to access your site. They should be able to let you know exactly what is going on as they have access to your account information.
Hope this helps.
