Lost 2FA to wordpress.com

  Today I logged in WordPress using (email visible only to moderators and staff), however, it says I need a 2FA code from app to continue. I already reset my password, but I don’t have the 2FA code or the recovery code, so it stuck.

  I have gone through my email inbox, and found I have not registered an account at WordPress.com before, but I do used to have the “s4kura0ne” username in other services.

  Just wondering if I can regain control of this account, or how can I delete this account to create a new one.

  That’s when you must use 1 of the backup codes you got when you set up 2FA and you were supposed to print out and or keep on a safe place – https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#backup-codes
