Lost access to account

  i can’t access another account of mine of which I’M PAYING FOR. This is EXTREMELY frustrating. I can’t find the e-mail that has the details and I believe I never received such an e-mail. Everything is made harder because I recently moved to the US and changed numbers. My other account had my Malaysian number in its setting and keeps sending SMSes to that number which I’m obviously not using.

  Well, you could make this easier on us all if you could remember the username and the blog URL. Presuming you remember those, please communicate them to us.

  I’m assuming you’ve tried to log in and clicked “Forgot Password” and tried that?

  Yep I tried that, and they keep sending Recovery SMSes to my Malaysian number which I’ve gotten rid of coz I moved to the states, I wish they’d send it to my e-mail.
