Lost access to Admin

  I uploaded a plug-in from my local drive to my hosting service and when I went to activate it it appears that I have lost access to Admin. I get the following message:
  Warning: include(/home/barringt/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-cache/wp-cache-base.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/barringt/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-cache35.php on line 179
