Lost access to blog/admin

  I haven’t posted on blog for three years in addition to not checking that email. Now I’m trying to log into admin and it doesn’t recognize my email. I’m guessing it’s because I didn’t pay for blog. How do I pay for blog and regain access to my original blog site or am I SOL?
