Lost access to my account

  Hi,

  I need help recovering access to my WordPress.com account. The sites associated with it are 23mihainegru-lvpjs.wordpress.com and theconceptofvalue.art.

  The issue is that I registered with an email address that doesn’t exist — I was able to complete the signup and payment process without verifying it, so I never had access to that email. Because of this, password reset emails and recovery emails cannot reach me and I tried before to be blocked to transfer the access to other emails, but I could not.

  I have already submitted the Account Recovery form, but have not received a reply. I have an active paid plan on this account and also the bank statement with the payment of the plan.

  Could you please help me regain access or suggest an alternative verification method?

  Hi @mehigh23,

  If you need to recover access to the account, and you are familiar with the email/username used, you can try to reset the password: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your WordPress.com account and can’t log in, the next best step is to complete the Account Recovery Form: Account Recovery Form

  Provide as much information as possible, such as transaction IDs, activation links, backup codes, or anything else that could help prove ownership. Check this guide for reference: Account Recovery Guide.

  I completed the recovery form, I have received a reply, I replied back with the informations requested and I did non received yet a reply.
