lost access to my blog

    Here’s my situation, and I’m hoping that I haven’t been completely stupid.
    We owned http://www.godsgardentreasures.com through godaddy.
    We used godaddy.com hosting to put up a wordpress blog site, and that was running for 4 years.
    Last month, we used the same url to launch a new website.
    I assumed I would be able to log in to the back end of the wordpress site after the new site went public, and I don’t seem to be able to.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Do you mean you’re trying to log into the old site? That won’t be possible if you’ve now connected that domain to a different site, no. The dashboard URL is tied to the domain, and if the domain is no longer connected to the site, you won’t be able to access the dashboard either.

    To fix this you’ll need to connect the domain back to the old site, or connect a new domain to the old site. We’re not able to help with that, as your site is not on our servers and your domain is not registered with us. Both those services are provided to you by GoDaddy, so you’ll need to contact GoDaddy support for help.
