Lost Access to my Website

    So I usually just check my WP site about once a month through the WP My Site portal. This month I have no access to my site and all I get is the screen that says ‘no sites yet with a create a new one button’.

    Payments are up to date and everything so I have no idea what has happened.

    If anyone can let me know where to start or how to regain my access to my website that would be greatly appreciated!

    Are you sure you are logged in to the account that bought a paid plan? What is the URL of your site?
