Lost access to my website

  Hello! I just tried to change my site URL without really knowing what I was doing and now my entire website has disappeared from both the online world and my hosting platform. I don’t know how to access my wp-config.php now that I can’t access either the frontend or backend of my site. Is there a way to revert?

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
