Lost access to my website

I can’t access my website through my wp-admin or google cache or any other way. My hosting service tell me this is the problem when I contacted them: ‘Thank you for your patience. The error that you are seeing is for a missing plug-in for your WordPress website. You need to contact WordPress or your web developer to install the plug-in’ Can someone please tell me how can I find out which plug-in has gone missing and how can I install it if I can’t access my website.

To point you in the right direction for help, something very important is missing: the URL of your website! These forums are only for websites made on the wordpress.com platform. If your site is using the standalone version of wordpress.org, their support can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/

As I understand it I should try your suggestion of https://wordpress.org/support/
