Lost access to old account, don’t have access to old college email
-
I’ve lost access to my old account associated with meadowbarrow.wordpress.com and would like the site set to private so that I can make a new one, and so that the old site won’t show up on Google. The email I used to create the website is my old college email, which got deactivated after graduation.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’ve set the site private as requested.
As you are contacting us from an email address different from the one associated with the site’s ownership, we have also notified the registered email address on the account regarding this change.
Please note that it may take some time for Google to update its index to reflect this change. While WordPress.com doesn’t have control over Google’s indexing process, their crawlers will eventually recognize the site as unavailable and update the search results.
To expedite this process, you can request the removal of the site from Google search results by following the instructions here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals .
You can also find more information on how search engines handle updates here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/ .
If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to let us know. We’re here to help!
Kind regards,
Jade
