Lost Access to Paid Account, Lost Access to Associated Email

Hi there, was directed here by the AI agent. I’ve lost access to the email associated with my domain (www.evergreenhistories.com) and am now locked out of my WP account. This is a paid account and I have my most recent transaction number.
I submitted a support ticket on 4/20 containing all of these details and still haven’t received a response. Please advise. -
