lost access to site

As administrator of our organisation’s web site, I had accessand editorial rights.
Due to a Phishing attack on a sister organisation, we were marked by Telstra our carrier as having Malicious Content. Now I can’t get to the site to make any corrections or fixes.
Can you check your data and confirm that Wanneroo Community Men’s Shed Inc and me, Mervyn Britton are registered and that my email address is lodged as (email visible only to moderators and staff) (Wanneroo Community Men’s Shed should be known as wcmenshed.org in your system) I have spent days trying to find a means of sorting this problem out,as none of our customers using a Telstra account can access the site to order.

Your site wcmenshed.org is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Hostinger. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us.
