Lost access to website and account.

I’ve been working on a website through the link wp.talk1300.com, and when I finished I replaced the website, ‘Talk1300.com,’ with this new one I made in wordpress. There was an error, and we had to switch back to the original site. Now I cannot login into my wordpress account to work on the wordpress site. When I get to the login, I try to login with my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account, and I get an error, Invalid email address. Lost your password?, I try to change my password, and it says invalid email address. I can not log in anywhere, it is like my account had been deleted. I am writing about this issue from a different account since I cannot access my original account.
