Lost Account

  I have my website that is still running (alexisrobles.ml), but I forgot my username and password. I tried everything, and I tried everything on the ‘Forgot Password’ page too. I tried the forgot username and password page, but I don’t have any proof of my account ownership that the website will accept (neither the receipt, because it was $0 for a .ml domain name). Help?

  Not alexisrobles49.wordpress.com, because it is on another account.

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get support for it. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site and contact them directly for any hosting issues.

  This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
