  Hi, I have a wordpress-account which was connected to an e-mail which is now closed. I do not remember the password for the wordpress-account and can therefore not enter my account. What do I do? All the best, Anne

  What is the address of the site, please?

  You can find all our account recovery options at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/, but there’s nothing we can do if you don’t remember at least the username of the account or the address of the site.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message.
  I know the address: https://annemettesimonsen.wordpress.com
  And I know the username I used, which was my old e-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  However, I no longer have access to the e-mail, and I don’t remember the password that I used to my wordpress account, so I am having trouble accessing my wordpress account.
