Lost Account Information to Login for our Website

Hi we are having an issue with our website being in text format only. Our domain host Media Temple has updated their platforms and now needs us to update the theme of our website to get it back up and running. However, we have not had to do anything to the website for several years and dont know our account info to get this over to a website developer
