Lost Account – Isabella Thomson

  Hi there,

  I attempted to update my email address a couple of months ago and accidently created a new WordPress account. In doing so, I seem to have lost access to my original account which is Isabella (Coco) Thomson (it has a black and white photo of a boat house in the background). I’ve tried every possible login but it’s not recognising my previous email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and the new email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) is a brand new account with no history.

  I can still look up my old WordPress but can’t login. Could you please help me synch this to my Gmail account and send a reset password link?

  Hi Bella,

  I can still look up my old WordPress but can’t login.

  I’ve checked the previous email address you mentioned and there no WordPress.com accounts connected to it.

  What is the exact username of the account you need help with? If you aren’t sure, do you remember the URL of the site you created?

  Once I know more, I’ll be able to look into this for you.
