lost admin access to existing blog

Hi, I had a blog but did not post much in the past year, at http://www.acornnatureclub.wordpress.com
Recently I started a new blog, http://www.ottawabirthnetwork.wordpress.com, and it is the only one showing up on my account
I can still see all the content from the acorn club blog, but when I go to admin it switches to the dashboard of the new blog.
So I can’t access any admin to the old blog, and really would like to get it back!! I’m the only administrator on either blog.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When we register a WordPress.com username account the email address we use becomes our unique identifier. Every blog we register when logged in under a username account will automatically be registered to that username account. If you have created two username accounts using two different email addresses then then you can follow this process. You add one username account as an official user of the blog, and designate them as an Admin. Next you transfer one of the blogs to the username account using this process.
