Lost admin privilege

Recently we had to backup one of the sites and because of it the database on the WordPress site I had installed won’t allow admins to access the dashboard
trying to access the dashboard gives a message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looks like you’re referring to rtenzo.net which is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Hostgator. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
