Lost admin privlidges to my site

    Hello, I’m a web designer currently collaborating with a client who owns this website. We’ve been working together to complete this project and plan to launch it on Wednesday.

    About two hours ago, my client was working on some tasks when she noticed that the entire left panel on her dashboard (plugins, pages, posts, etc.) had disappeared. The only items currently visible are “Dashboard,” “LearnDash LMS” (a plugin we are using), and “Profile.”

    On the phpMyAdmin side, there aren’t any new users and she hasn’t received any suspicious emails. There also don’t seem to be any suspicious activities on the front end of her site. I’m not entirely convinced that her site was hacked, but I’m concerned that she may have lost her admin rights. I would appreciate your assistance in restoring those rights.
