Lost all information in relation to my website

    Hi there,

    I have lost my whole website which was originally under paincenterofmorris.com

    It doesn’t look like any of the information in the website has been saved. Is there a way to recover all of the lost information from my website in order to reinstate it? If this isn’t possible, how can I re-open the website to manually fix everything wrong with it? Do I need to create a paid account to make any changes to the website? Currently, it is only the front page and that is it. I was able to login the page, but all the information is lost. I would like to continue using WordPress for my website needs.

    That site was hosted with Siteground, not with WordPress.com so we can’t help. You will want to reach out directly to your host to see how you can recover it.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
