Lost all my content

    Hi, I’m a wordpress beginner. I tried out a different theme and I wanted to know what it would look like with their content on it so I clicked to replace our content with their content. Now I’ve lost all my content. Is there any way I can get it back? Help!

    This only affected the homepage. I fixed it by going to My Sites>Customize>Homepage Settings and choosing my old page from the dropdown menu.

    Hi there!

    I’m glad you were able to find a solution. When thinking about changing the theme, you can try&customize some of the older themes by clicking on the selected theme in the library choosing the option Live Demo. There, on the right upper corner, you’ll see Try&Customize:

    Once you’ve activated the theme and you choose to replace your homepage with its demo content, the new page will become your homepage.
