Lost all subdomain

  Recently, someone moved the website from WordPress to wix, lost all connected sub domains to it, can I retrieve the sub domains anyhow or create the reload the website on WordPress rather than Wix?

  The website subdomain is connect.campaignsupport.ca, I think this was built using WordPress.org. Not sure if I am right or not on this.

  The mentioned subdomain was not built on WordPress.com. For help, please contact the domain registrar, your host, or the WordPress.org community forums that @fstat has listed above.
