Lost an email for invoice of WP Encryption + Require refund

    Hi,

    I recently purchased a WP Encryption for my website (email visible only to moderators and staff) – it broke the website so I would like a refund ideally as I had to delete the entire website and start from scratch with a web designer as wordpress constantly updating just kept making things worse and worse and now lost confidence in the encryption to keep the website safe from breaking down. I’ve lost the email to see the invoice to process it with my accountant and having trouble contacting any actual human being for help regarding this!

    Can someone help me out?

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

    That said, you don’t have any paid upgrades with WordPress.com.

    If you’re looking to get a refund for a plugin you purchased, you will want to contact the plugin developers directly. If I’m not mistaken, you can reach out from here for WP Encryption.
