  I am trying to reguster renewablenewstead.wordpress.com but it is already taken. i assume this is by me or one of our group at an earlier stage.

  If it is possible I want to “repossess” this address.

  since 2010 I have used 3 different emails:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The last of these is the one I will persist with

  None of those e-mail addresses match with the blog you are referring to.

  If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.

  Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don’t receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)

  Thanks for your reply – I like your job title.

  I haven’t used any other email addresses so it must be someone else. Is there any clue you can give me (short of breaking confidentiality) that could jog my thinking here? Of course it could be a complete stranger but it seems unlikely…

  Not much the staff can do – they used to do partial email addresses but that has changed – don’t know if they will give you the account name or not – but you should know the accounts you have –

  The blog is private – – have you requested access to it? An email will be sent to the owner of the blog – maybe it will be one of your email accounts or of a friend –
