Lost content on my site when I changed theme

I was happily editing my site, even made my first blog post when I ran across ‘themes.’ when I chose one, it erased everything I had on the site. All of the information was still available in the app and dashboard, but I could not get it to show up to the site. Please help me restore what I had.

I believe you’re referring to ralleeskitchenreviewfood.wordpress.com. I see several posts and pages in your trash. You can still recover those by following these instructions:
