Lost control of admin page

So i have a wp site hosted on another server. We updated the domain redirect and now my admin credentials that have been stored in chrome and google docs will not work. I’ve tried the account recovery tool 4 times and that didn’t work. Tried PW reset the site tells me my user name doesn’t exists.
HELP!!

Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

We can’t help directly because we don’t host krugercs.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Network Solutions) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) that also helps prevent this kind of lockout from occurring.
The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through Network Solutions, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. You can ask Network Solutions support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.

I have requested a PW reset several times and it is still not resolving the issue. Further I’ve gone through the account recovery process and it loops me back to a page with no page created.

To clarify that URL is the one that Network Solutions provides you – for staging your site as you are setting it up I assume.
In either event we are not able to help as you must have a site hosted with us directly. As mentioned above Network Solutions uses a different variant of the WordPress software that functions differently from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
Although we are not able to help you may find assistance here at the WordPress.org forums, which is where support is provided for the version of WordPress you are using on your site: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
