lost DNS entry

    Hi there
    I used to host a wordpress site here and had my own domain name ‘mdupmassagetherapy.co.za’ pointing to the wordpress site.
    I have since deleted the site and DNS entries as I am hosting my own wordpress.
    there is no site setup under my profile anymore but there seems to be a DNS record still on the system somewhere.
    webmail.mdupmassagetherapy.co.za is still being pointed to https://mdupmassagetherapy.wordpress.com/
    how can you remove ALL records to do with these domains

    Hi there,

    That record can only exist in the DNS at your current provider, so please contact them for help with this.

    The moment you pointed the domain’s name servers away from us we lost all control over your domain’s DNS records, and any records you had added on our end stopped working immediately. But it also does not appear that you ever had that particular record added on our end, as I don’t see it in the logs we have for this domain.
