Lost Files

    Hi,

    We recently switched to a new site and our old site completely got deleted as if it never existed. We were hoping to download form entries, would there be anywhere they would be backed up? Is there any chance of finding that information again?

    Was the site hosted here with us? If not, can you try contacting the host to see if they have a backup?

    If the old site is completely gone, your best bet would be to find a backup and restore that. Also, most form entries will go to an email address as well, so you might check there.
