Hi there,
It isn’t possible to move likes from one site to another, but you can move your followers to your new site with this guide: Moving Your Subscribers
If you’d like, I can do that for you. Before I do, I want to let you know that your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
Please let me know if you’d like me to go ahead and move those followers for you. :)

Sure thing! I just moved your followers over to the new self-hosted WordPress.org site, so you’re all set with that. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)

Hi Rachel!
I now realized that a LOT of my photos are also missing. They show up in the post editor, but not on the actual page.

You can see photos missing here. Any help here?

Hi there,
Hm, sorry about that! Can you please try disabling the “Photon” module in the Jetpack section of your dashboard to see if that makes a difference for you?
You can learn more about the Photon module here: http://jetpack.me/support/photon/

You’re welcome! Glad that worked for you. :)
If you run into any further trouble on your self-hosted site, our Jetpack team knows the most about self-hosted issues that could be related to Jetpack. You can contact them directly here: http://jetpack.me/contact-support/
