Lost it all as got new visa bank card with new number.

    Trying to find my website which vanished as I hadn’t paid I think. Rebought domains name but need content. Can you help. My therapy.solutions

    We have no history of that domain ever being registered or hosted here, so it was using the self-hosted version of WordPress from WordPress.org.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     It was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we cannot directly assist with this.

    I recommend contacting your former hosting provider as they may still have a backup of your account with them.
