lost localhost detail

    I make account on WordPress.com in November 2021 and creat two website on localhost one was about travel guide and other was about charity other one is live now but first one still was store on localhost its about to complete but my laptop stop working and I change my laptop but I lost my first website data ,How I can access my localhost/phpmyadmin data on my other laptop . it was not live /online .
    pleas help me .I complete in many moths.

    If the site was created locally on your device, this would be an offline installation and we would not have access to that.

    Only the owner of the device can help with that.
