Lost login details, need a wordpress site offline

The site https://abrasso.wordpress.com/ is no longer used by our organisation. Since we are run by volunteers, this was done a few years back by a volunteer that cannot be contacted. Please, can WP put if offline for us since we have a new one?

Wordpress.com just doesn’t delete a site on demand. You must the ownership one way or another at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
