Lost longin details

  I have completely lost login details (both the username & password AND the registered email address). As I cannot get any of the username, password, the email address, I have not managed to reset the login details with WordPress. I tried to fill in the account recovery, but I do not have any of the transaction ID, the activation ULR or key, the two-factor authentication code.
  How can I prove the ownership of the site and recover access to the site? Please help me.
