That’s the thing. I dont remember. But I can show you where I got charged and stuff. It would have either been under Descah or The Moderist but I’m not finding either one of those, they were also on an email that I cant find. Any help would be great.

Thank you! I found the website. It was themoderist.com. how do I go about possibly getting this refunded since I dont use it, and havent used it in a year?
-
Good morning –
Sure thing. We can help you with the refund. I’ve located the $66 charge for themoderist.com renewal.
In order to proceed we just need you to sign back in to the correct account and send a note here stating you want it refunded. Sign out of thegreatgrineer and back in to the themoderist account.

I’ve logged in under the appropriate account (thanks to you wonderful people) and I would like a refund of the $66.
You guys were super helpful throughout the entire process and i cant thank you enough.
-
Perfect! I did notice you have an active domain, themoderist.com. If I cancel this, it’ll go through a redemption period where it may difficult, if not impossible to get back again. Given that, would you like me to go ahead and cancel that renewal, or would you like me to refund all but that so you can use the domain for other things if you’d like? The domain name costs $18/year.
-
Yes. I would like to go ahead and just cancel it. Just because I will not be using it again.
-
@themoderist thanks for confirming. We’ve cancelled the domain and plan, and refunded the full amount. That can take a few hours to several business days to show up, but it is on its way.
And, your site at themoderist.wordpress.com is still active on a free plan.
If you need more help, just let us know… Cheers!
