lost my admin rights

  Hello,

  I’m struggeling to recover my admin rights and my plan business that i had subscribed before.
  the moderator of he french forum advised me to contact you in order to recover theses things:
  – admin rights
  – plan business

  i want to reset my theme and can’t access to extentions management
  Also, i have no access to support for plan business and other things.

  Do you need any further informations?

  Here’s what I can see.

  In February 2018 you purchased a business plan and connected themaxou.com to WordPress.com. It sounds like you need help restoring that plan. Correct?

  Good morning –

  It looks like the domain completely processed out through the redemption process. Because of that you can register it as new again. Here’s the steps.

  1. Go to https://wordpress.com/plans/ and add the personal option or higher to your account.
  2. Click on My Sites -> Manage -> Domains -> Add Domain
  and register themaxou.com as new again.

  Let me know if you run in to any trouble.

  Hi Maxime,

  I’m not sure what you mean by “again”. The last time you paid us for that domain was in February 2018. Domains have to be renewed every year, and the domain expired in this case because you did not renew it this year.

  Your Business Plan on that site also expired. As you had plugins installed on that site, we need to follow one of two options:

  1) We can help you add a new Business Plan to the site. Once that’s done you can try registering the domain as a new domain again, provided someone else don’t register it in the meantime.

  2) We revert your site back to how it was before you installed any plugins. There is a risk that you might lose some content on the site if we do this. Once the site is reverted, you’ll be able to buy any plan yourself, and then register the domain again.

  Which option do you want us to take?

  If desired, you can purchase a new plan from https://wordpress.com/plans/introkult.wordpress.com or re-register your domain from https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/introkult.wordpress.com
