Lost My Custom Theme and New WordPress site

I recently purchased the wordpress theme Brooklyn for my site, set up hosting on Site5.com to install the theme and everything worked fine.
After this i set up a Proteinpirates.com domain name and linked it to my site but now the domain name registered takes me back to the first version of the site proteinpirates.wordpress.com before i had hosting from site5.com
The new blog i set up with the brooklyn theme at the proteinpirates.com domain name has disappeared I have no idea whether this is the DNS Settings, overlapped Domain registration or if I’ve done it all wrong could someone please help I’m at my wits end!

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, Proteinpirates.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
I am seeing Proteinpirates.com point to a godaddy landing page.
It appears that you need to set your nameservers to point to your webhost.
