lost my dashboard

  Hi Alan here wondering if someone can help please…..???

  One of my sites has lost all the dashboard menus down the left hand side of the page in wordpress, all I have at the moment is a grey rectangle where all the menus use to be any ideas…????

  I can’t do anything other than in the middle of the page I can access my page menu but I have no other menus to access like widgets, contact, performance, setting, tools, plugins, seo pressor, wp insert, appearance, users, comments, post, links, jetpack, these have all disappeared any ideas what I need to do to get these back or has word press done something that I’m not aware of….????

  since you mention Plug-in’s, jetpack and some others – that probably means:

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
