Lost my host due to a new CC, and missing billing statements (grandmother is in hospice, email was not priority) WordPress no longer has my URLs in the website list?

I had multiple websites that I used wordpress for. Unfortunately my grandmother came down with pancreatic cancer, and has been in hospice. Didn’t pay attention to my email closely and my billing went to spam/hidden folders. I don’t see my website on my account anymore? did I lose all the data with WordPress too? I’m currently reinstating my host and they have backups of the data. Would I just need to reconnect the websites?

    thanks for any help.

  • Hi there,

You did not mention the site that you are trying to reinstate (or the name of the host it is kept with) but once it is online again you can upload the Jetpack plugin to your site, and follow the setup instructions to connect it to your WordPress.com account.

You can download the plugin here: https://jetpack.com/

Sorry about that. The main site is FrankDeck.com , and the host is hostgator. But that sounds like the plan. Thanks!
