According to our records you had purchased the Business Plan on your account on 09-14-2021, and used the “domain connection” option included in that plan to connect your custom domain nuhairclinicpr.com
I do not see that there was a renewal for 2022 however, and can confirm that domain connection, and all other business features were removed when the Business Plan expired. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
To restore these features, you can re-add the Business Plan to your account here: https://wordpress.com/plans/exampreprealestate.wordpress.com
