    Hello WordPress,
Today I received an email from a fan about an error on my bands website http://www.heaventheaxe.com and I thought I would try to recall my login to access the site and do some updates. However, the login that I recall is no longer providing access to the website.
I know the server address was recently changed a couple years ago
I was wondering how I may be able to access my website ? I no longer have the email addresses which are (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) however I do have (email visible only to moderators and staff) – which I thought was asssociated with the site.
I do recall logging in with my name Phoebe Pinnock however this username is leading me to this wordpress with two site ideas that I never followed through.

I do recall the passwords and password for the site heaventheaxe.com

I am hoping I can access some help to get access to my website and I can provide all kinds of ID to prove that the site belongs to me

Please note that the email address associated with this login from where I am messaging you from will bounce as I stopped purchsing the domain. My regular new email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I look forward to your help – thank you
    Phoebe Pinnock (Watts)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I reviewed the information the help topic generated which says to access help AFTER applying for a new password – however I do not have access to the email address associated with my account so this will be fatal for me. I would like to access help.

The last auto sentence added to my post is incorrect – The website I need help with is http://www.heaventheaxe.com

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org.

To solve this problem you self, you must take a dive into the documentation of wordpress.org – https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/reset-your-password/ – or ask for help in their forums – https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Thank you for the heads up! I will contact the person hosting the site on their server – this is very useful. Thank you for that distinction.
