Lost my username and password

    I have a blog http://www.thechicster.com the perdón who usted to upload my info gave me a username and password and now i canto enter to my info.
    Also I Need to know how to upload my email in my phone Linked to my blog
    The email is:
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    I dont know how to upload and know in únanle to follow my blog or my Instagram or email nothing. Help!!
