    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, we have no record that domain ever being registered or hosted here, so it was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     I was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we won’t be able to directly assist with this.

    Your best option would be to ask your former hosting provider if they still have a backup of your account with them.
