Lost options to edit my banner and gallery

Hi,
I hope someone can help. I can see my gallery and banner on my web page
but in my editor, my screen options have disappeared, I used to have all my banner and gallery pics at the bottom of my page editor, and they all had a little grey circle with a red dot to the top left of the pic to edit it.
It’s all gone and I cant change my pics, what can I do to see it again?

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
