hello, I’ve been trying to reset my password but overtime I send to my email I never receive it. Can you help me reset it please :) I’ve used my address (email visible only to moderators and staff)
also, it isn’t in my spam folder thanks!

If you can post in this forum you are already logged into your account. Or are you having trouble with a different account? If so, please give that account’s username so we can take a look.
If you’re trying to reset the password for http://gracenoland.com/ that site is using the self-hosted WordPress.org software. The site is not on our servers and we have no control over your login for that site – we don’t have any access to it and our password reset form will not work for that site.
You need to ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums for help with this, but first, see if the instructions for resetting the password for self-hosted WordPress works for you:
