lost password

    hello, i am trying to create a site using wordpress and have lost my password for my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) when i try to send a new password to my email it never goes through can you please help?

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    Note that if you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host we cannot help with this. The password for those sites have no connection to a WordPress.com account, but is stored in the site’s database on the hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help someone reset it.
