  Hi there, i cant remember my password so have tried to reset it using my registered email. However the email has not arrived. Any idea what to do next?

  Double check your spam folder, just to make sure the note didn’t wind up in there. I’d also suggest that you try and reset the password using a different browser and see if that makes a difference.
