  My Mac died months ago. Apple was not able to retrieve data/passwords. I have a new MBP but still can’t recall my WP password.
  What to do?

  OK, have you tried using http://www.frednicholson.com/wp-admin to log in? You can likely reset your password there.

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
